Luna Kitchen | Bar opened in 2016 and is proud to be family-owned and operated by the Haritos family. The Haritos have long been involved in the restaurant business both in Regina and Greece, and bring their talent and Mediterranean flair to the Queen City. Bill Haritos is a friendly and loveable face seen around the dining area greeting guests and ensuring everyone is happy. Bill brings years of experience and has long stayed in the restaurant business due to his love of people. Dina Haritos does it all. She is greeting you as you walk into the restaurant, taking you to your table, and even making your food in the back. She not only specializes in homemade Greek desserts like baklava, but her patience and skill is evident in her ability to make French pastries like a mille-feuille. Bill and Dina are very fortunate to share their love and passion for the restaurant business with their eldest daughter, Niki, the Executive Chef.

Niki Haritos, Executive Chef, is full of raw talent and is passionate about creating good food. This drive is obvious in her desire to find local and seasonal foods to include in Luna’s evolving menu and features. Niki is inspired by both her traditional Mediterranean roots and her desire to take classic recipes and tweak them with a modern flair.

Offering two unique dining experiences in one location is truly unique to Regina. Luna’s sister restaurant, Breakfast Bistro (2014), offers you a superb selection for breakfast and lunch. The Bistro has you covered for all your brunch needs with tasty bennies, waffles and a ton of classics. Enjoy your food, made from scratch with locally sourced ingredients, while enjoying the stunning view.
